NIT Warangal Ladies Hostel

In continuation of our projects under the Campus Masterplan for National Institute of Technology Warangal (NITW), a 350 Student Ladies Hostel was designed by us. The Hostel for Ladies creates a new prototype for student housing, providing various internal spaces for them to live, work and study in. The massing for the building creates open spaces under the sky for students to unwind in and provides panoramic views of the campus and the city. Open corridors with communal amenities create additional spaces for on-campus social interaction. Privacy being of utmost importance for the students, every effort was made to ensure the hostel provides the girls with a sense of protection and security within the campus. Located along the main central avenue, the use of bold colors and form creates an iconic landmark that blends with the new campus masterplan.
