Collage Design has provided Detailed Architectural & Engineering Consultancy for EPC Contractor (NBCC Limited) based on the concept design and details developed by Sikka Associates Architects (SAA) for NBCC.

The project encompasses 12 Towers of 40 metres height with ten levels each that accommodate 3 million Sq Ft of commercial office space of varying floor plates to meet the demands of the market. Elements such as good ventilation and natural light have been carefully incorporated in the plan, and offer ample space for businesses to expand. The podium is designed as a vibrant public plaza with landscaped gardens, conference facilities, auditorium, seminar and exhibition halls, retail spaces and other public amenities. The Restaurant Building located inside the WTC Complex provides a 360 degree view of the city. 3 basements will take care of the parking of nearly 7500 vehicles. Truly a world class complex, the New World Trade Centre  in Delhi is set to become a hub for businesses to thrive.
